一般社団法人 MF Indonesia or MFI Association is an association based in Japan with the aim of strengthening bilateral relations between Japan and Indonesia. This organization has a very close relationship with Indonesia, which is reflected in various strategic programs covering culture, economy, education, tourism and social. As a bridge between the two countries, MF Indonesia Association is committed to creating new opportunities for the people of Indonesia and Japan, as well as promoting in-depth cultural and knowledge exchanges.
Main Program
MANAGING NIINDO.COM & NIINDO OFFICIAL
Niindo.com is an online platform managed by the MFI Association as a media to promote, educate and provide information about Japan to the Indonesian people and the Indonesian diaspora in Japan. This platform includes the website “Niindo.com” and the YouTube channel “Niindo Official”, which provides informative and inspiring content about various aspects of Japan, such as tourism, education, culture, and job opportunities.
- Promotion of Japanese Tourism Showcasing leading tourist destinations, culinary, local traditions, as well as education about transportation and Japanese hospitality, thus attracting Indonesian tourists while introducing the values of Japanese life.
- Interest in Working and Studying in Japan
Promoting job opportunities such as the Tokutei Ginou program, Gijingkoku and educational opportunities in Japan, including information on scholarships, universities, and work culture. This attracts talented workers and students to contribute to Japan. - Introduction to Japanese Culture
Introducing Japanese culture as a developed country that is rich in culture, clean, and orderly.
Indonesian people are inspired to adopt positive Japanese values, strengthening relations between the two countries.
This platform not only introduces the beauty of Japanese culture to Indonesia but also helps to increase Japanese tourism, which has a direct impact on the local economy in various regions.
MFI SOCCER COMPETITION “KEIHIN CUP”
MF Indonesia Association organizes a futsal tournament known as the “KEIHIN CUP”. This activity is a forum for Indonesian people living in Japan to show their sporting abilities, strengthen friendships, and maintain their health. Each tournament is attended by various teams from Indonesian companies and communities throughout Japan, creating an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and family. This tournament is not only a sporting event but also introduces positive Japanese values such as discipline and sportsmanship to the Indonesian community. It also functions as a medium to strengthen relations between Indonesian communities. This event is often enlivened by awards from high-ranking officials, such as representatives of the Indonesian Embassy, or from the Japanese government, such as the Metropolitan Police, or policy makers, thus adding symbolic and diplomatic value to each of its implementations.
MFI TRAINING PROGRAM
To improve competency and technology transfer, MFI Association organizes various training and study visits for government agencies and private companies. This program is designed so that training participants can understand and implement Japanese work ethics, technology, and governance in doing business or institutions in Indonesia.
This program includes:
- Tax Management Training – Held in the North Observation Room, Main Building of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, this program is designed to improve the ability to manage taxes by implementing an efficient Japanese system.
- Traffic Police Training – Based at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Traffic Control Center, this training aims to optimize the traffic control system and improve public safety.
- Hello Work System Training – Held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare of Japan, this program focuses on improving employment services through information technology systems.
- Visit to Labor Supply Organization – This program provides an opportunity for participants to visit and learn firsthand about the support system for Indonesian workers, in order to implement best practices in Indonesia. This training program is designed to share Japanese expertise in management and technology, which will not only benefit Indonesian participants but also help Japan in promoting the superiority of its system globally.
